"Q'HUBO" is a friendly, quintessential Colombian slang expression. It is a contraction of "¿Qué hubo?", which translates directly to "Hey, what's up?" or "How's it going?". It represents the warm, casual hospitality you'll find at our market stall.
As a long-time Portobello resident with Peruvian and Spanish roots, I realized that many people in London had never experienced authentic Colombian street food without shortcuts or heavy alterations.
